High design flexibility: The design of injection molded products can be flexibly adjusted according to different needs. Parameters such as product shape, size, color, and material can be easily changed. Moreover, if the product needs to be improved or upgraded, modifying the mold is relatively easy. For example, when the product's appearance design is updated, only the cavity part of the mold needs to be modified to quickly produce products that conform to the new design. At the same time, masterbatches of different colors can be added during the injection molding process to achieve product color diversification.
